FFmpeg 8.1.2 source availability for Automation Agent runtime packs

Automation Agent's FFmpeg runtime pack contains unmodified FFmpeg command-line
executables built from the official FFmpeg 8.1.2 source release with an
LGPL-oriented configuration.

The Automation Agent build process verifies the release signature with the
source-controlled FFmpeg release signing key fingerprint before building. The
runtime-pack release provenance records the verified source tarball hash and
the effective configure/link-audit output for each distributed artifact.
